私はこれまで「常識にとらわれず感じたまま挑戦すること」「これまでにない発想で新たな可能性を生み出すこと」「成功は失敗の積み重ねから生まれること」「一人勝ちではなくWin-Winの関係で事業を最適化すること」の重要性を学び、実践してきました。
一次産業は国の根幹であり、その基盤を強化するためには「生産者の皆様がきちんと利益を得て、経営が成り立っていく」という持続可能な仕組みを作ることが不可欠だと考えています。
また、小学生から始めた野球では、全国大会準優勝や甲子園出場、社会人での国体準優勝などの大舞台を経験し、第12回全国和牛能力共進会では日本一となる最優秀枝肉賞を受賞するなど、挑戦を重ね、頂点を目指し、その中で、それぞれ個人がどのように努力し、強いチームや組織がどのように機能するべきかを、間近で見て、自ら体現してきました。
そして今、私は新たな立場から、それぞれの現場の方々に何が必要であり、関わる全ての方々の成果や利益に繋がるのかを探求しながら、持続可能な農業の発展のために力を尽くしたいと考えています。
命をいただくことへの感謝の気持ちを大切に、生産者の方々、関連する各業界の皆様と共に、夢に向かって力を合わせ、限界まで挑戦を続けていきます。

Shinji IiyamaThroughout my career, I have learned and put into practice the importance of challenging convention, creating new possibilities through fresh ideas, understanding that success is born from repeated failure, and optimizing business not through zero-sum competition but through win-win relationships.
I firmly believe that primary industries form the foundation of a nation, and to strengthen this foundation, we must build sustainable systems where producers can earn fair profits and operate viable businesses.
From a young age, I pursued baseball, reaching the national finals as a child, competing at the Koshien National High School Baseball Championship, and later earning a runner-up finish at the National Sports Festival as an adult. In the agricultural field, I achieved Japan’s top prize—the Best Carcass Award—at the 12th National Wagyu Ability Expo. These experiences have taught me firsthand what it takes for individuals to push themselves, and how strong teams and organizations should function and succeed.
Now, in a new role, I am committed to working closely with people on the ground, understanding what they truly need, and exploring how we can deliver outcomes and profits that benefit everyone involved. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of sustainable agriculture, guided always by a deep respect and gratitude for the lives we are entrusted to raise and consume.
Together with producers and stakeholders across industries, I will continue to pursue our shared dreams and push the limits of what is possible.
ブランドコンセプト
経産黒毛和牛の生涯を尊び、愛情と感謝を込めて開発した餌と飼育方法で ”真”の美味しさを引き出し、 持続可能な社会を築くブランド。それが、「特真牛」です。そして、単なる牛肉ブランドに留まらず、命のサイクルへの崇敬の念、そして”真心”を 体現しています。
「特真牛」には、単に「優れている」「特別感」という意味だけでなく、「母牛に対する”特別な”感謝の気持ち」や「”真心”を込めた”独特”な餌や飼育方法」をも意味しており、さらに母牛はもちろん、生産者・流通業者など関係する方々、 消費者の皆様とそれぞれに”真摯”に向き合う現場の想いや誠実な姿勢が込められています。命を世に送り出すという大役を果たした母牛を労い、滋養のある餌と整った環境で過ごしてもらった後で、感謝しながらその命をいただく…。畜産の現場で長年培った経験とノウハウを活かし、関わるすべての人がWin-Winの未来を築ける循環型社会を目指して、”真”の価値を追求すると共に、理想を”志”し、これからも挑戦を続けていきます。
Tokushin Beef is a sustainable wagyū brand that honors the entire lifetime of retired Kuroge (Japanese Black) brood cows. With affection and gratitude, we have developed a proprietary feed and husbandry program that brings out their true flavor while helping build a circular, win-win future for everyone involved. More than a beef label, Tokushin Beef embodies reverence for the cycle of life and the spirit of sincerity (magokoro).
The name “Tokushin” conveys multiple layers of meaning:
Excellence & uniqueness—the meat itself is exceptional.
Special gratitude toward the mother cows that have fulfilled the vital role of bringing new life into the world.
Heartfelt, distinctive feed formulas and rearing methods created expressly for them.
A commitment to engage earnestly with every stakeholder—cattle, farmers, distributors, and consumers alike.
After completing their duty as mothers, these cows spend their remaining days on a nutrient-rich diet in a stress-free environment before we receive their lives with deep appreciation. Drawing on decades of livestock experience, we will keep pursuing genuine value and challenging ourselves to realize an ideal, sustainable society where every participant benefits.

独自配合の餌とオリジナルメソッドによる整った環境で大切に育てた経産黒毛和牛です。
Tokushin Beef comes from carefully reared, retired Kuroge Wagyu brood cows that are raised on a proprietary feed blend and in meticulously managed conditions developed through our own original husbandry method.
頂点を目指す。
特徴ある三角のロゴは、経産黒毛和牛の「頂点」を目指す志を表現しています。古来、三角形は多くの文明や宗教で神聖視されてきました。日本でも「三」は重要な数字であり、一説には、山に神が宿るとされたため「おにぎりが三角形になった」と言われています。ロゴマークの三角形は、”感謝や命の尊さを象徴する”形でもあり、「頂点＝いただき」と「命を感謝していただく＝いただきます」というダブルミーニングになっており、「特真牛」というネーミングも含めて、当ブランドに根差す志や理念を凝縮し、未来への強いメッセージを発信する形となっています。
Pursuing the Summit
The distinctive triangular logo embodies our resolve to reach the very pinnacle of excellence with retired Kuroge Wagyu. Across many ancient civilizations and faiths, the triangle has been revered as a sacred form. In Japan as well, the number three carries special significance; one popular notion is that rice balls (onigiri) are triangular because mountains—seen as dwelling places of the gods—evoke that shape.
Our triangle therefore serves a dual purpose:
Symbol of Gratitude and the Sanctity of Life
Play on the word itadaki—
“Summit” (itadaki) = striving for the top
“To receive with thanks” (itadakimasu) = accepting life with reverence
Together with the Tokushin name, the mark distills our mission and ideals into a single graphic, broadcasting a powerful message about our commitment to the future.
落款
英語の「Truth＝真」を用いて平仮名のフォルムで漢字の「真」を表現しました。ロゴマークと同様、特別なメソッドで肥育した”真”のブランドであるという自信と誇りが込められています。
Artist’s Seal
Our signature seal spells the English word “TRUTH” while echoing the flowing curves of the Japanese hiragana that form the kanji 真 (“shin,” meaning “true”). Like our triangular logo, it proclaims—with quiet confidence—the authenticity of a brand raised through a singular, carefully honed method.
